The industrialization of small and medium-capacity lithium power batteries has been very successful, but the safety issues of large-capacity and high-power lithium power batteries have not been effectively solved. The larger the capacity of the power battery, the greater the harm it will cause if it goes out of control. Regarding the safety of power batteries, it is necessary to carry out research on the overall safety scheme of the power battery system on the basis of electrical safety, mechanical safety and thermal safety, and carry out fault diagnosis and prediction, thermal safety monitoring and early warning and key prevention and control technologies for the power battery system.
